Resolution.

This post is so long over due but I was having my finals and I just had time to sit down and write. :)

2012. Brand new year, brand new start. I say that every year, but every year I set up some pretty goals and I just end up.. forgetting. I mean, I cant even remember what I claimed to achieve during last year's birth of the new year. Hopefully this year, it'll be different. One can only hope.

New years resolution.

After putting much thought into this, instead of putting up a list on what I want to accomplish this year, which I could. But I'd rather not. Cause then I'll probably end up setting up some materialistic and probably not realistic goals like climb mt kinabalu, gain weight or get a new expensive-something. So yea, this year I'm gonna resolute for something simple.

I just want to be a better person, inside and out. 

Not saying that I'm a bad person, but lately some mentioned that I've changed a bit. I'm trying to lessen some bad habits of mine. Cursing for example. People claimed that I've become more mean. A little too outspoken? So yea, I'm acknowledging that. That, and some other stuff. This year, I want to try be that lady-like good girl that my mother always wanted me to be. Mum would be proud.

The celebrations this year was nothing extravagant. Just a little family gathering with good food and drinks, and ofcourse fireworks. Eventhough I do own a fancy camera now, sad to say I'm not a pro at taking pretty pictures just yet. So no pictures of them pretty fireworks. I did took a video though. It was a fun night. Very loud. And wet. People splashing water everywhere. But what made it memorable for me was because this was the first new years in a long time that I celebrated without a drop of alcohol in my system. :O

So yea, hello 2012. Please be kind to me. :3
